Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room from 8:15 am to 10:00 am.

If your departure is scheduled before the opening time, you can use a self-service by communicating to Serafina by 6.00 pm the previous day.

Arrival & Departure

Arrival
You can reach the B&B preferably between 1 pm and 9 pm (outside this time we will agree).
The rooms are available from 2 pm, we will assign you the rooms as soon as they are available and ready.
In the event that your arrival time is earlier than the room access time, you will be able to use all the common areas and services of the B&B as well as the luggage room.

Departure
The room will be at your disposal until 11 am on the day of departure: the rooms must be vacated by this time. A luggage storage service is available on the ground floor at no additional cost.
For any other needs, please let us know.

Self Service Bar Corner

The free coffee corner is located next to the breakfast room, where you can find and taste various types of coffee, tea and herbal tea, cappuccino and freshly squeezed juices.

Internet

In all the rooms and in the common areas there is the ultra-fast fiber-optic WI-FI connection with the password for the guests on display and all the SMART TVs in the rooms have access to Pay TV like Netflix.
If you wish to use a computer and do not have a laptop, you can use our Internet Point for free in the Relax Room.

Car Parking

B&B Palazzi has two parking areas, one outside in front of the B&B, the other inside, both free.

Laundry service

For the private laundry service, make arrangements with Serafina.

Free BIKE and E-Bike rental with expert guide

We are part of the FIAB cycle tourism circuit and we are recognized by the latter as an Albergabici Amico della bicicletta B&B.
We offer 7 free bikes for our guests both for men and women, 3 mountain bikes and 4 walking bikes, perfectly maintained and complete with steel chain and padlock and front and rear lights.
The bikes are stored indoors in our workshop complete with tools and spare parts for their repair or maintenance, all available to our cycling tourist friends.
For free bike rental a deposit is required from € 70.00 to € 150.00 depending on the model of bicycle chosen.
It is also possible to hire a day or half-day e-bike together with a guide for bike tours with itineraries chosen by the guest.

Relax Room

The Relax Room is a common space available to our guests. It is dedicated to relaxation and there are books and board games as well as a laptop for browsing the internet (free of charge).
